Built Between Two Forces
MAP stands for Muscle and Performance, and the mark is built on a simple physical truth: a body under real training lives between two forces — rigidity and range.
MAP is built for people who train seriously — not for one thing, but for the two things that actually make training work: strength and flexibility.
Most gyms pick a side. MAP doesn’t. Here, power and range are treated as the same goal, not competing priorities, because a body that’s only strong or only flexible eventually breaks down.
MAP is where muscle and performance are built together, on purpose.

The M and P are made of hard, straight lines with sharp corners — solid and strong. The A has a soft curve, like an arch — the flexibility, the stretch and movement. The whole word leans forward a bit, like it’s in motion — mid-workout, not standing still.
